Dr. Steve Ponder has been recognized for his impact on diabetes care as the 2018 Diabetes Educator of the Year by the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE). This organization represents more than 14,000 Certified Diabetes Educators located throughout the USA.
How to Register:

Then, click on "I want this". The registration system then asks you for your email address, name, zip code, and number of people attending and credit or debit card information.

You will receive a confirmation email with your workshop ticket attached. If possible please print this attachment and bring it with you. It will give you information as to the workshop location and time, but is not required for admission.

The Sugar Surfing workshop will take place at the Pine Tree Church of Christ (Fellowship Hall) in Longview, Texas.
Admission for the event is $5 per Adult ticket and FREE for children under 18.
Child care is NOT provided at this event.
